Hi William ,
Yep , you're right , we leave the discussion at this point.
You have to be pretty rich now a days to buy a KS 750 , and the chance you get a 85% reprobike is high . Me on the other hand was lucky enough to drive several KS 750's over the last 25 years. Have one left wich i cherish very much , its totally original and complete !!

William , there is nothing wrong in being proud to be Scottish !! But , hello , this is a forum about vehicles , not people. A vehicle doesn't care where its manufactored , doesn't care who's driving it. Do you have to hate all German vehicles for what their drivers did ?? Where do most makes come from in Britain ? England ? Suppose all makes had their factories troughout the isles and commonwealth. Are there any makes coming from Scotland or Wales ? Really don't know that !! If so , you're very right !! Btw , i'm never called German , except for some Americans everyone knows where "Holland" lies !! And i do like German WWII vehicles Hans .

William ,
its normal speaking language , nothing to get arroused about !!
What do you say when you adress a Dutchman , are you coming from Holland or the Netherlands ?? I'm coming from the Netherlands and not from Holland , Holland is just a small part from the Netherlands .
Can't give a d**n anymore , its like carrying water to the sea explaning the difference , its just Holland for any foreigner !!

Hello Raymond ,
do you have some more pics of the trailer ? Always tought those generators where transported on 2 wheel trailers. How is the generator pulled up the trailer ?
Have several of the generators , but they all have Phaenomen engines , is the Mercedes original ?
Thanks Hans .

Hi Sigve ,
could very well be a civilian Blitz , than its very logical they didn't put the canholders on their normal place .
However if i look at the chassis it isn't a very early one ! The early chassis have longer crossbeams ( or the ones on your chassis have been cut , also possible ) , so if i see it right it should be a post '41 chassis. Only proof tough is a chassisnumber , it can be hard to find but it should be on the right (passengerside) side to the front off the chassis.

Hi Sigve ,
they are for "Schpritzkannen" ,little press cans for petrol and oil. They are on several vehicles. The placement off the holders is wrong tough , they should be on the inside of the right front mudguard ( normally !!) . The big oilcanholder isn't standar issue either .

Hello Sigve ,
that should be a bracket for a jack. A bit further to the mudguard should be two more holes , for another braket for the same jack.
The small jack was placed in one off the stowageboxes and the large jack was placed on the passengerside footstep . Have some pics of it , will post them later.
