Haubenband - in English possibly: snubber belting, may be bought from major restauration companies. I can recommend Restauration Specialities and Supply, in Pennsylvania. I only have an old catalog, from 1998, but they list a part 7/8'' x 1/8'' page 65, $ 1,65 pr. ft. Good luck!
