Hello I think its a Borgward engine. 4cyl, 1384ccm, 33PS Benzin. This engines were mounted in the Borgward 1 Tonner,B1000 built since 1938/39 Please is it possible that you clean the No. on the engine of your pic and the engine No , it must be on the driver site ,under the first sparking plug. and post it again? best regards Henning ps this is the same engine in a little bit better condition in Poland Henning Attachments:
