Hi Henning , have a look at www.oldtimercars.cz . The Borgward is from this guy , he hires out vehicles for films. Have seen this vehicle in real life several times , its nice complete . Hans.

Its a Blitz with a post-war East-German cab , this cab was used on several other vehicles , wartime ones or postwar .

Well , if you nearly buy such a Steyr with a post-war fitted cab and find out it isn't original , you learn from it ;D .
Have fun excavating !!

Hi Gend ,
by the looks of it i would say Ford 3 ton, but , these cabs where also fitted post war on Steyrs !! After the war a lot of Steyrs where called back to the factory to be fitted with cabs and cargobodies. They needed transportvehicles after the war !!
Have seen a variety of cabs fitted on to Steyr cars , but all post-war !

Hi Gend ,
the complete chassis has a strainge towing hitch , haven't seen it before !
The cut is so to see a '43/44 3 ton Allrad !
Will be difficult to get the chassis complete ;D ! But at least you have some of the cab connection corners , they are pretty hard to find !!

hello Gend ,
its a Steyr/Wanderer for shure but its not clearly visible wether its a 1500A or 2000A . You can best see it where the front suspention torsionbar is attached, thats about where the pedals are. If it is one bold in the side of the chassis , than its a 1500A , when there are 3 , its a 2000A . And offcourse at the number , but that will be gone i imagen . Look at the front left of the chassis .
Whats the other chassis , Opel Blitz ?

Hello Kraftstof ,
yes , its a vehicle pump .
In for instance a Horch its in brackets above the jack . In a motorcycle sidecar its hanging in springs in the boot . There are different sizes but you can clearly recognize it at the 2 foldable footsteps .

Hi henning , thanks for the link , already forgot about it . The B3000 is still standing nice and dry !! Its moved forward a bit but not likely to be worked on in the near future . The A2 trailer i can get is heavily rebuild i tought , but so to see there are many possibilities in bodies ! Don't know if it will be mine but i will try for shure . And than try to get time to restore it , wich is sheer impossible with the other projects already . Hans.

Does anyone have any pics of an A2 trailer ? It should be a 4 wheeled trailer for a weight of 1 ton , socalled "Einheits Anhänger" .
Thanks Hans .

Hello kraftstoff ,
its for a 1500A series Einheits Pkw , for instance the Mercedes 1500A or the Steyr 1500A and presumably the Phaenomen 1500A. Perhaps its used in more vehicles , but for these i'm shure.
The 2 rows of numbers is for maximum speed in high gear or in "Gelände" , low gear . Red for high and yellow for low.
Without these numbers they are fairly common and used in many vehicles. Therefore its called "Einheits-Tacho"
regards Hans.

hello fordflathead ,
its for shure a 3 ton truck wheel . Can you see the makers mark ? , either Hering or Michelin . Altough i never saw the Michelin stamp. And the Michelin is it bit more rounded if i remember correctly .
These wheels are likely to be found on early trucks , like Mercedes LG 3000 , L 3000 , Klöckner 3 ton , etc
