I will try to explain how to post pictures here. I am using ImageShack that you can find here: www.imageshack.us/When you press the button "Find image" you will get a new window up, This is your computer. In that window you find the file where your image is located. Click on the image and the "Open" (or dobbelclick the filename of the image). You will get back to the window shown above. If you want to find the image on ImageShack later, you need to put in you e-mail adress and register (you can register later). Then click "Host it" The image is no beeing uploaded to Image Shack and you get a new window looking like the one below. In this window you need to scroll down a little and then click one time (left click) on the link shown (Hotlink for forums (1) ), then right click it, and copy it. You then goes to your string you are writing and left click in the message you are writing. Then right click and clik Paste. You will then see the link to the image. You will only see the picture if you press "Preview" or "Post message". Same later on if you modify the string. You will not see the picture when you are modifying. Hope this helps a little. And remember, you need to adjust the size of the image so it is lower than 1,53 Mb And it can be difficult to see the picture if it is more than 22 cm across. Problems? PM me, or e-mail me the picture and I'll put it in to your string. The end result should look something like this: (photo from expiered e-bay auction)

Have been asked to put up a board for restorations. But will put up a "sticky" on your tread as long as you show some progress from time to time on your tread. Then it will be easier for us to follow your restoration of a motorcycle in that board, and a restoration of a LKW in its board. I do know many stop the job for a while. If I remove the sticky, the tread will go downward in the board, but I will bump it to the top and put a new sticky on it when some more progress is done. Any comments on this is of course welcome here.

Many have asked me if I can put up a board so unknown vehicles can be ID.... Well do not want to put up to many boards, so if you have a photo of an unknown vehicle, please put it in to the Category/board you think is the best. That meaning if you have a PKW of unknown type, but it in the board for PKW. If it turns out to be a beute vehicle, I will then move it to the right place later on.

Welcome Jan
And yes, why not have a board on all the equipment used behind the horse. As you say, it is a important part of the history. I'll make up one board for horsedrawn equipment.

Alex
I agree with you that it should not be mixed up whit the WWII stuff. Sometimes it might be necessary to tell the difference or just show something, but as a rule it should not be mixed up.
I will put in a board for post war stuff, and then see how it works out.
