Hi everybody. I am pretty new to this forum what concerns posting messages, although I have been reading many threads with great interest before!
I bought a Sd. Ah. 51 trailer in pretty good condition but "empty". That means, I do not have a Flak or searchlight or anything else to go with it. For this, I was thinking of converting it into an ammunition trailer.
Can anybody help me to find out more info for this project? - Is there already somebody who makes copies of these trailers? If yes, where, who, any prices known? - Does anybody has an original or repro restoration of such an ammo trailer? - Does anybody has drawings, manuals, original pictures, pictures of restaurations?
The only thing I could find on the net is one original picture which I attached. The rest on the net are all pics of model kits.
I am looking forward for any kind of info!
PS: If anybody would have a FLAK for sale...well, I might be interested as well.
Mhh...can somebody explain me how I can attach pics to a message so it will display "automatically" in the text message? I mean, so it is not necessary to click the link of the attachment as I had in my previous 3 messages. Also, I am not able to attache more then 1 picture at a time?

I have found the site that the model picture comes from, and it will not be difficult to make very good drawings for such a ammo box. And for sure it will look nice behind a smal truck. And is much cheaper than a searchlight or gun :-)
What I need to get started, is the measue betweene the fastenings at the rear, and also the difference of the hight from the rear fastening claws and the one in front. So if anyone is able to meassure it on a searchlight when situated on the floor tah would be great.
