Wo knows what for licenceplate the Gestapo used on the vehicles in the War, was it Pol from the Polizei , or .........? Who can help  ? |

Hello! The police was organised under Himmler, Orpo (Order police, uniformed) and Sipo. Gestapo was part of Sipo. One can assume that all police forces used Pol. plates - or probably ordinary plates when it was essential to be anonym. cheers, Einar
