Hello A picture with my last found. Gearbox. It was in December 2010 in Latvia. At first I thought it has very much corrosion, but after washing it with high pressure water it started to revolve! [a href="http://mb3.live.hot.ee/rps/D/2066634.JPG "]http://mb3.live.hot.ee/rps/D/2066634.JPG [/a] I disassembled it for fine cleaning and replaced only one bearing. Other bearings were in rather good conditions. On gears surfaces there are some corrosion damages but nothing serious. Hello. Like I understood German, oldbiketech asked about Protzes front fenders. Ants's Protze sheet metal parts are reproduced. We can make more of these fenders and other details. Like running boards. leevi [a href="http://mb2.live.hot.ee/rps/D/2066492.jpg "]http://mb2.live.hot.ee/rps/D/2066492.jpg [/a] [a href="http://mb4.live.hot.ee/rps/D/2066493.jpg "]http://mb4.live.hot.ee/rps/D/2066493.jpg [/a]

Hello, Wille. Ants`s Protze`s box bottom dimensions outside are 295 x 435. door hinge length 425. Seems little bit different with your box. Do you, Wille, really have the box for measuring? May be they are really the same dimensions? Questions in that, we plan to make copy of the box. We have now 3 original. And we need 5 more. If someone need them as well we can reduce the price for unit. If we can make 10 box, the unit price will come about 250 Euro.

Hello. Wilhelm. I found a Sweden website for rubber mouldings: www.nordenskarosseritillbehor.se/They have some profiles more suitable you are looking for. We need it as well for our Protze. (some pictures in Protzes page) Really it seems some how different like in your original picture. Fixing part to lower glas is not wide enough, but they are better than Döpper`s. With best wishes, Leevi

Hello. My friend restores Krupp 143. The original timber which was left was sequoia!!! It was few pieces from rear part of the bed. We were very much surprised, when we got the results of expertise from laboratory of Tartu University, Estonia. I am not sure, but I think sequoia is very rear tree nowadays. We asked for sequoia timber from specialized timber shop, but they said it is impossible to get it. So, we used spruce timber in our renovation works.
