Hi Rolf,
congratulation for this found! I am allways wondering that you all found such many and rare relics in Norway since a so long time!!!
I list more than 10 A2 frames... ok the Infos about ;-) they all get 5 bolts rims, so I think that is serial. There was a variant of the A2 with only a simple flat. But like my opinion, these both are postwar "farmer modifies"
Is it possible trhat you take better pictures about both type plates so we can read the serial No, may be also a stamp of BAL?
best regards
Henning

Hi Wilhelm Wow..... absolut rare! I never saw this wooden variant in real!!! I have informations about 2 variants of this simple flat, one in wood construction like yours and the other in steel. The source of the wooden is the archiv from Magirus in Ulm. They produced a fire service trailer for fire in woods. So we cant say if these wood variant built only by Magirus or is it a serial variant made by a other factory? www.kfzderwehrmacht.de/Homepage_english/Trailers/Two-axle_trailers/WB_Ah_II/wb_ah_ii.htmlhere the same question to you, is it possible that you take pictures of the typeplates to show us? Important is the Magirusplate, right site, in front. May be on your trailer are only 4 drillholes there? The second one is the steel variant , here I get only 2 very bad pictures. best regards Henning Attachments:

Hi,
The manufacture of Rolf's typ A2 Anhanger is "fdh", which is Winkelstrater & Sure, Wuppertal-Barmen.
But the "fdh" code is not very clear in the photo, is "fdh" correct? or is it maybe "fdn"
cheers Paul
