Hi. Last summer this trailer was found in northern norway. For many month it was a mistery what trailer this was. It is now clear that this is a real Pf.22 (Pionerhandkärren) It was first described in D569 in November 1942. The trailer was used for transport of 2 full flamethrower 41 and each 3 refills and various spare parts and stock items, total weight 280 kg. The trailer was also used by paratroopers. In this trailer motorcycles was dropped from aircrafts. The trailer walls can be taken of, and the trailer is easy to make flat so save space. It is brought to my knowledge that the Pf.22 Pionerhandkärren is one of the rarest german trailers from WWII. Beside this one there is only one known Pf.22 in the world, and that is the one who was shown at the Victory memorial museum in Belgium (witch now is sold). Please tell if you know other Pf.22 than this two trailers. (photo from If8.eu)
